Q. Can we bring more than one person to the appointment?
A. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have implemented safety measures, and all appointments will only involve the bride and groom.
Q. What should we prepare for the gown selection appointment?
A. The bride should bring a stick-on bra (optional), and the groom should wear a white shirt and leather shoes.
Q. What kind of heels and leather shoes should we prepare?
A. Our consultant will provide guidance during the gown selection appointment.
Q. Does Z Wedding provide ties/bow ties and bridal accessories?
A. We do not provide ties/bow ties. Our makeup artist can provide simple bridal accessories, but if you have a specific style preference and wish to prepare them yourself, you are welcome to do so.
Q. Will you provide a veil?
A. Yes, we will provide a complimentary short veil for all brides.
Q: When is the final fitting appointment?
A: The final fitting will be combined with the collection appointment, which will be around one to seven days before your wedding, subject to consultant availability.
Can we use PayNow/Paylah/Credit Card for the refundable deposit when collecting items?
A: No, we only accept CASH for the refundable deposit.
Q: When do we need to return the items?
A: The gown can be returned on the day after your wedding, anytime between 1 pm to 8 pm except Wednesday.

Q. What hair color is good?
A. For Asian skin tones, ash brown is a safe option. We recommend seeking advice from your hairdresser as well.
Q. Which kind of nail design would you recommend?
A. We recommend a simple design for your nail art, such as French tips or a pure color nail in a nude tone.
Q. Should I get eyelash?
A. We do not generally recommend getting eyelash extensions, except for those who already have them regularly.
Q. How long does the AD makeup take?
A. Estimate make-up takes about one and half hours..
Q. What should I wear on the day?
A. You could wear front button top or easy remove bridal robe for the make-up session.
Q. Do I remove the morning make-up during the break time before dinner banquet?
A. If you have engage 2 session of make-up ( morning & dinner ), yes, you may remove your morning make-up during the break time.

Q. What time will the photographer/videographer start the service?
A. We would suggest allocating the photographer to start around halfway through the makeup session.
Q. Can we split the service hours into sessions?
A. We can only split the full-day service (at least 8 hours) into 2 sessions, provided there is a 3-hour break in between.
Q. Does traveling time between locations count as part of the service hours provided?
A. Yes, traveling time between locations counts as part of the service hours.
Q. What if the service time required exceeds the service hours provided?
A. Extra hours for photography and videography are charged at $250/hour and $350/hour before GST.
Q. Is there a morning charge for the photographer and videographer?
A. Yes, there is a $100 morning charge for each before 7am.
Q. Do we need to prepare crew meals?
A. Crew meal preparation is optional.
Q. Do we need to provide transportation for the crew?
A. Yes, the crew will arrive at the 1st location at the designated timing, and during subsequent service hours, you will need to provide transportation for the crew to travel between locations.
